This script is a quick hack. Sorry if it's sparsely documented.
Implement 'rape' as SITE RAPE.

SITE RAPE <username>  
    casts a vote against <username> to be deleted off the site.

SITE RAPE
    lists current standings

Place the 'rape.cron' script in root's crontab (or anyone who has write
privileges to your glftpd/ftp-data/users dir). It will automatically delete
the user with most rapes at the end of the week.
